The location was good in sense there are a lot of restaurants, staff is amazing and helpful. The onsen was good and relaxing. they have a 24 hour SPA although i was not able to slot in due to my schedule.

bed was very comfortable. Clean room. When we told staff at breakfast that we were vegetarian, we were offered options and the next day, there were many more vegetarian options on the buffet.

the best part of this hotel was definitely the Japanese style onsen. As someone who used to live in Japan, the onsen is something I have been missing the most, and I found comfort in being able to go there despite the borders being shut. However, many of the small details in the hotel was also so comfortingly Japan, whether its in the dining menu, or the layout of the room, or the small bathroom. I loved it. On top of that the area is also close to many interesting places in Kemang.

Not great. Orange juice was not nice and Eggs undercooked and some of the warm dishes were left too long . I had diarrhea because of breakfast at the hotel and decided not to repeat again

Clean room. AC, wifi, hot water; the essentials I needed worked perfectly. Staff were very kind & helpful. I enjoyed the Onsen ♨️ and the Japanese snack booth in the outdoor area—their takoyaki was delicious! Also, I liked that the bathrobe was a nemaki. Overall I’m happy with my stay.

they have manga corner with plenty tittles, the location is near a lot of food stalls, restos, cafes, clubs

The bathtub inside the room, very clean and thus valuable compared to the room price. This is the best part of the room. Wifi is good, one room gets one router so we got exclusive route to the network. Can also be a good choice for work from hotel.
